Tamable Animals

Hello!

After collecting nearly every animal in subnautica (in creative with no cheats), I realized that having a tamable companion would be really cool. Maybe there should be a way to extend the Stalker's tameness, or have the Cutefish latch on to your shoulder while you explore.

A pretty interesting idea that I made was to tame the Lava Larva. You tame one by bringing one to the surface and giving it a seamoth (or other submarine) to feed on. After letting it stay there for a while, it will detach and follow you around. If the Lava Larva encounters a an Ampeel, Precursor Droid, Warper, or Precursor Appliance, it will attach to it and drain some of its electricity. Then, the larva can be used as a mobile battery by having it attach to a Cyclops/PRAWN/Seamoth.

It would also be nice to tame Crabsnakes. You could add a special hatch to your Cyclops or Base for the tamed Crabsnake to go in and out of. To tame one, you have to get a Crabsnake egg and place it in that hatch. After about 3 ingame days, the Crabsnake will hatch. It will treat the base like a Jellyshroom, and an Alien Containment can be attached to the hatch and modified to resemble a Jellyshroom for aesthetic purposes. Even though the tamed Crabsnake would be pretty cool, I still prefer the Lava Larva idea though.

Along with that, imagine taming Biters. If you provide a large corpse of a Stalker or Boneshark (carried with Propulsion Cannon, probably) and feed it to a Biter, the Biter could follow you and treat you like one of its school members. I'm pretty sure that the Biters are supposed to school.

Do you guys have any ideas for tamable creatures? Feel free to share them.

Picture a pet Sea Dragon or Reaper Leviathan.
